FREE Magic e Clip Cards
Just like all our other phonics clip card packs, the idea is to identify the picture and then pick which way the word is spelled. Grab some plastic clothespins {easier to open} or wooden clothespins {harder to open} and clip the correct spelling.
The free download includes 16 free ones. 4 for the a_e pattern, 4 for the i_e pattern, 4 for the o_u pattern, and 4 for the u_e pattern. The pattern e_e isn’t included because for one it’s hard to find clip art and secondly, because it isn’t that common compared to the other 4 vowels.
Tip: Draw a smiley face, dot, or star on the back so learners can check their answer easily if you’re not there to correct mistakes right away.
